After Halloween - Sweet Pumpkin Seeds - a Healthy Snack!

Here's a yummy snack for those after-Halloween pumpkin seeds!

Sweet Pumpkin Seed Snack

Spread 1 cup rinsed seeds on an oiled baking sheet.  Dry in a 300oF for 30 minutes.  Take out and toss with:

2 Tbsp organic melted butter, 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Roast at 375OF for 7 minutes.  Enjoy!
