John Wayne's children created a delicious beef jerky. Beef jerky is a wonderful low-fat, high protein food.
The cattle are raised humanely on farms in Idaho and grass-fed except during the winter snows when they receive some vegetarian feed. No antibiotics, hormones, nitrates or MSG is added to the beef.
