Stop your Hungry Voice with these Foods!

There are two foods that can help you feel full and not subject to that Voice that tells you that you are still hungry.  These are high-carb foods that can help you drop pounds because of their high satiety index which is the measure of how good a food is at satisfying your hunger.

Here we go-Potatoes and Popcorn.  I suggest a baked white or sweet potato and organic air-popped popcorn with a little sea salt.
