Give Yourself the Gift of Giving up all Sodas!

The number one thing that I see that most people must absolutely give up to obtain more health and feel better is to stop drinking sodas-regular or diet. Regular sodas contain amazing amounts of sugar and diet sodas contain toxins in the form of artificial sweeteners.

None of them is a good choice. There is no soda that is a healthy choice. Just say no! Give it up! Make a better choice! Consider your body a temple!
