What Nut Wins in Good-for-you Antioxidants?

Professor Vinson from the University of Scranton has declared the walnut the winner for healthy antioxidant levels!  In his study of 9 different nuts, walnuts show both more antioxidants and a higher quality of antioxidant.

Just a handful (7-10) of these high-protein, healthy fat nuts per day is all you need. Choose raw unroasted organic as roasting the nuts lowers antioxidant levels.
