I admit, the last couple of days have been challenging to say the least. Bomb threat at the local high school, heat wave, stoplights inoperable, traffic jammed, power outage for several hours.
And, the Anniversary of September 11th.
I don't feel like laughing, but perhaps we can smile together?
Here are a few thoughts to shift your energy a bit:
Old age comes at an inconvenient time.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.
Some airlines are now putting mistletoe at the baggage counter. You can kiss your luggage goodbye.
My wife thinks I'm too nosy. At least that's what she wrote in her diary.
You're not yourself today. Enjoy it while you can.
The secret to longevity is to keep breathing.
Some trees take 5 years to produce nuts. But not the family tree.
