Too many people jump into ebook writing without giving it the thought it deserves- if you want to EXPLODE your ebook profits. They focus on writing a single ebook? when they should explore whether what they want to write about can be turned into ?a whole series, and ultimately a whole brand.
For example, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and Skinny Girl. ?Each of these books are part of whole industries!
Chicken Soup for the Soul has a pet-food line, a publishing company, a game company, toys, calendars, DVD's, and more.
Rich Dad, Poor Dad sponsors financial workshop, and coaching, as well as having?several Rich Dad, Poor Dad books.
And, Skinny Girl, has a line of cocktails, skin-care products, undergarments, ?workout accessories, workout DVD's, a personal-training package, as well as a?series of books.
To see your ebook as a stepping stone to a whole brand, you have to think about your?title not just as a title but also as a concept that you can build a whole series around.
It has to be a title that can support several different sub-titles and still make sense.
And it has to be a concept that catches the imagination of the reading public and?makes them want to keep coming back for more.
In addition, it has to have the ability to support a variety of products and/or services that will allow you to branch out beyond the original ebooks or books.
When you put serious thought into your concept, your title and your brand, ?you can ?create a structure for a 6- or 7-, or even 8-figure business starting with a?single ebook! ?So, before you write your next ebook, figure out how you can expand?it into a series as?well as other products and services.
When you do that, it will be a lot easier to profit from your ebooks and it will get easier ?and easier to sell your other products and services as well.
