arise at the interface of healthcare and information technology, and
explore realistic and cost-effective solutions.
Glynis is an expert on differentness and culture. She applies innovative insights from several areas of research, including mergers, organizational change, occupational culture and corporate culture.
The workshop is oriented towards identifying how occupational and corporate culture influences project and
process outcomes, including costs, collaboration, customer satisfaction,
safety, project success/failure/abandonment, and employee
retention. It also proposes ways of using cultural solutions to achieve significantly more successful and cost-effective outcomes.
