I had a wonderful experience talking to my old High School 2014 Basketball Team. The goal was to share experiences and influences in my life at their age being a varsity player that I still live by today.
Many stories were shared but the essence was the MASCOT formula.
M - Find great mentors and learn from them.
A- Your attitude will determine your success.
C - Care for something larger than yourself.
S- Understand your strengths and keep developing new skills.
O- Look for opportunities - often disguised as problems.
T- When the opportunity arises - Take your shot !
